Moiety name structures

This is an optionally enabled check for reaction networks that use a moiety naming scheme. This check takes as an argument a YAML file the specifies the moieties used in the names of chemical species. Then, all chemical species are checked to ensure that their names (SMBL id attribute) is structured as a combination of moiety names.
