Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to contributions submitted to PalmClaw.

By submitting any contribution (including code, documentation, assets, or other materials), you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

  • "Project" means PalmClaw and its repository.
  • "Contribution" means any work submitted by you to the Project.
  • "You" means the individual or legal entity making the Contribution.

2. Grant of Rights

You grant the Project maintainers and distributors a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contribution as part of the Project.

This includes distribution under the Project's open-source license terms and, where applicable, the Project's commercial licensing model.

3. Your Representations

You represent that:

  • You have the legal right to submit the Contribution.
  • The Contribution is your original work, or you have sufficient rights to submit it.
  • To the best of your knowledge, the Contribution does not intentionally infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

4. No Obligation to Accept

The maintainers may accept, reject, or remove Contributions at their discretion.

5. No Warranty

Unless required by applicable law, Contributions are provided "AS IS", without warranties or conditions of any kind.

6. Agreement Method

You agree to this CLA by submitting a pull request, commit, or other contribution to the Project.
