How can we install environment

First of all, thank you very much for your excellent work. I am very interested in working on tasks related to this project recently. However, I am having some difficulty setting up the environment because the requirements.txt file seems to be missing. I was wondering if it would be possible to receive some guidance on the environment setup and code in advance. If convenient, we could communicate via email or WeChat. I would greatly appreciate your help.
