Update readme and write some docs

1.1 introduces a few changes, starting with the way the features are now services, how do you call them, who has what, etc etc.

• Config entries, show an example for $modSettings and an examples of a json file.
• Register external libraries, an example of how to do so.
• Call Ohara autoload.
• package-info, runtimeHooks call example.
• extending Ohara, adding services.
• examples for "default hooks" usage.
