problem compiling plot.c

I can't paste so I,ll try copy as much as I can

here is the error line I get on freeBSD

plot.c: In function 'main':
plot.c:566:29: error: 'O_LARGEFILE' undeclared .......

what are the missing pkg I should install prior to compiling this ??
alrdy added gcc which was missing from standard install

removed O_LARGEFILE from code and it compile will it work is the question... keeping u guys inform
