Why the application "Gravity and Magnetic 3D Inversion" does not accept Block meshes - only Octree?
It would be nice to provide support block meshes. In some cases they are useful.

The main reason is that creating nested meshes for tiling with BlockModel object isn't very trivial. For accuracy and stability, the inversion code currently assumes that the nested meshes are always coarsening the inversion mesh, with a perfect overlap. This is not possible with tensor meshes. So we would need to turn off the tiling option for specific cases, and increase the complexity too much. We probably won't allow it.
