Rename all Instance to Template

• Instance is ambiguous and hard to understand and wrong in many contexts therefore we have started using name Template for Algorithm Rules. We will later switch to Rule book Play book models.
• Until then we need to rename all words Instance files/directories and variables as Template.
• Only renaming no logic change nothing.
• For the moment we are leaving the Packet field instance as it may cause merge trouble with other branches we want to avoid that at all costs therefore better to use improv-json branch and fork from it.
