'casting_basin' cannot register recipes without cast

When use `casting_basin`, recipe likes this doesn't work:
```javascript
e.recipes.tconstruct.casting_basin(
    "create:andesite_alloy_block",
    Fluid.of("kubejs:molten_andesite_alloy", 810),
    "create:brass_ingot" // the recipe can't work without this line
)
```
