Create a relevant Issues template for this Repository.
You can refer various templates from here: https://github.com/devspace/awesome-github-templates to get a Good start.
Bonus: Use YAML for the template instead, ie Github Issue Forms, eg AppWrite has amazing Template: https://github.com/appwrite/appwrite/tree/master/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE
Make sure you add the template by creating a .github folder add the files inside it.
