[Fabric 1.21.8] Firefly buggy/flicking texture

I see that many people have encountered this issue, but in my case, the particle textures, particularly the fireflies, are flickering. I have tested SB without any mods that affect particle rendering, but the textures still continue to flicker. Could this be a problem with the latest versions of the game?

Do you have ModernFixed or What Are They Up To installed? Both of those have been known to cause issues with particle rendering.
If you don't have either of those installed, if you disable all other mods that SE doesn't require (including the ones you think wouldn't cause it), does it still happen?
