6211 段错误 （核心已转储）

Dear MinLiu
I'm using the Locflow to relocate a earthquake swarm.But when I come to th FDTCC step, I always meet the segmentation Fault(段错误 （核心已转储）).This ma y be the memory problem. When I relocate just 500 events ,it can work well. But when events number grows , It will report the fault. The first figure is the code succeed,and the second figure is the code failed.
I hope you can help me to figure out it .Thank you very much.

I had the same issue. The below workaround might also work for you.
Split your dt.ct file into two parts (dt1.ct and dt2.ct, let's say)
for each part, you can run FDTCC separately (I also split the event.sel file to only include events being paired in each of the dt1.ct or dt2.ct files).
Finally, you can merge the resulting dt.cc files.

The segmentation Fault problem has been fixed.But I still have another question.When calculate the CC in the FDTCC, the part code is
for (k = 0; k <= Wpoint; k++) {
norm1 += waveS1[a[1] * ns + j][tt + k +t_shift] * waveS1[a[1] * ns + j][tt + k +t_shift];
normMaster1 += waveS1[a[0] * ns + j][tt + k + t_shift] * waveS1[a[0] * ns + j][tt + k + t_shift];
norm2 += waveS2[a[1] * ns + j][tt + k + t_shift] * waveS2[a[1] * ns + j][k + tt + t_shift];
normMaster2 += waveS2[a[0] * ns + j][tt + k + t_shift] * waveS2[a[0] * ns + j][tt + k + t_shift];
Why the norm and normMaster not change with the shift ,for the formula,when shift a point ,the correspond data array is changed. why you only you only calculate norm of (wa+wb) window?
This makes me confused.Looking forward for your reply

Do you modify the code directly, or do you split the data to fix the segmentation fault? Thanks a lot!

Maybe you need to test the data day by day until you identify which station’s data is causing the problem.
