Move to production cluster

Proposal

AMT is running on the Digilab infrastructure. It will be moved to a production cluster at ODCN.

Some trials have proven moving AMT is not too difficult, but it does have a lot of 'moving parts'.

Things to do:
[ ] Migrate the keycloak realm and users and SSO
[ ] Migrate the AMT postgres database
[ ] Migrate the AMT minio storage
[ ] Scale down AMT on digilab when migration is done (not remove yet)
[ ] Modify AMT logging to not write to disk
[ ] Move the task registry to ODCN
[ ] Update Github path and other references

Cleanup:
[ ] Remove AMT deployments on digilab
