Add some spacing around editor

Hi,

I think it would be easier to view the editor text, if there was some spacing around the editor control, and surrounding container, e.g.

This could be achieved by placing the editor in a panel control, setting the editor border to none (or equal to background color). The panel control could have some width.

Hmm yeah good idea - I'll add it onto my todo list (but I'm currently quite busy - don't know when I'll find time)

(If you want to send a PR, this would probably a relatively easy fix)

Yes, I imagine it is not too difficult, but I don't have experience with WPF
