bug when reading reactions with compounds with "("

Hey,

Thanks for this nice parser. I have been using it with the new downloadable file from BRENDA and I believe it will be of use to more people now that they made it available. My issue:
Example reaction:

NSP #7# (9Z,12Z,15Z)-octadeca-9,12,15-trienoic acid + tert-butyl
hydroperoxide = (12Z,15Z)-9,10-epoxyoctadeca-12,15-dienoic aicd +
(9Z,12Z)-15,16-epoxy-9,12-octadecadienoic acid + ? <6>

is parsed as "-15,16-epoxy-9,12-octadecadienoic acid + ?" because of the parenthesis in the metabolite names. That part of the reaction starting with the first "(" and finishing with the last ")" is read as a comment.

Could you maybe help/fix this?

Hey, I started working on a complete rewrite of the parser based on @bdelepine's comments so I'll take this case into account!

Keep an eye on #6 @joanarcx. Still a fair amount of work to be done but not that far off either.
