No information about the purpose of UIElement.RasterizationScale

Could you add property info explaining the purpose of this property and how it relates to the readonly XamlRoot.RasterizationScale property? Why would I set this and why is it always 1 by default?

I've seen people expecting this value to return screen scale and without any doc why wouldn't they?
