E310 10dBm loss

Hello,
I'm using an antsdr E310 with your latest firmware and I get a 10 dBm signal loss in the RX input when I compare it with the antsdr e200
and ADALM-Pluto SDR rev.C.  I'd like to know how to remove this 10 dBm loss in the RX path ?

I think this is not right, it should be that some switch is not turned on. The receiving sensitivity of E200 is about 2-3db higher than that of E310, but 10db is not right. There is a RF switch on the front of E310 that needs to be switched.

Thank you for the update. I checked the sensitivity again and its about 6dB lower, plus/minus 4dB depending of the frequency. Are the switches physical or software switches and where can I find information about these switches ? Thanks again for your input.
