How to program E316?

Hello,

Although I am familiar with FPGAs, I am still quite new to using SoCs as well as Xilinx design tools. I would appreciate it if you could answer in as much detail as possible.

I bought some E316 modules and am looking to program it from scratch.
First, I want to program the hardware so that I can use it as a pure FPGA board (without using PS). For example, programming to blink LED.
Second, I will program the software, for example displaying "Hello world" and sending it out to the module's UART pin.
Finally, I will combine both steps above.

So, I have some questions:

1. Do you have any specific instructions on how to program this module? For example, this document from Xilinx for the ZC702 board: Zynq7000-EDT
2. I see the Zynq 7000 boards have jumpers that support JTAG boot mode. Does the E316 module support this mode? I looked at the module box and only saw a switch to change between QSPI and SD card boot.
