Program Details Missing on Individual Program Pages

Description:
On the root page, each program correctly displays full information including the counts of associated tasks, issues, risks, and lessons. However, when navigating to a single program’s page, these counts are either missing or incorrect.
This inconsistency needs to be addressed so users can see complete program details regardless of the view.

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit the root page and note the counts for a specific program.

Click on that program to open its individual page.

Observe that the task/issue/risk/lesson counts are not displayed correctly.

Expected Behavior:
The individual program page should reflect the same detailed counts as seen on the root page.
