which version of node 8 are you using?

hi, 

im interested in using my metamotion r w node.js as well but i've been having issues w the `node-metawear` library + new versions of node.. currently im using node v8.17.0 and `npm i` works alright albeit some warnings, but when running `node index.js` i dont see any connected console logs or anything. let me know if you got this working and/or have any tips.
