The voice recognition in CyberdogApp doesn't work

When in CyberdogApp > Settings > Enable voice recognition
After switch on and go back to check it if it's enable, it doesn't

So i can't use it

And, It's in only Chinese language too, another issue

Where is the app ? I'd like to know.
