PHP 7.4.0 - get_magic_quotes_gpc() function is deprecated.

get_magic_quotes_gpc() function has been deprecated since PHP 7.4.0
We need to check the PHP version before to use that function else we've got an error _Deprecated function : Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated in LightOpenID->validate()_
