Unregistered domain error

I get the following result from Google:
"OpenID auth request contains an unregistered domain: https://www.oneibc.com"

with my code snippet:
$openid = new \LightOpenID('https://www.oneibc.com');

Do you get the same? Can anyone help me solve this?
