Probably part 1 of many of weird things with the split damage.
Right now, the subzero/cold is completely mislabeled. Subzero is stated to have knockback and have higher damage which.... is not true. That's what cold is for. Additionally, modifying the values in EnvironmentalHazardDps for subzero ends up changing the damage for cold rooms. (Havent tested vice versa, but i'd assume so)
I'm not sure if we can just fix the labeling on these, or if we need to fix some logic up too
