feat: Rooms with Audio Source settings

• Min and max volume curve settings
• Volume curve type
• All other useful audio source settings

Network provider interface will need methods and an event for room and room settings changes

Adding tags/roles to the rooms could be good so interested receivers would get data. Use case: team chat room.
