Some feed tile text inconsistently translated based on os language? #4122

Describe the bug
Steps to reproduce
I suspect the bug is caused by the fact that I have the site in "Untranslated", but my os language is currently Spanish.
Observed behaviour:
A few words on the tiles are in Spanish, but it is inconsistent even within the same string (i.e. "Revealed el proximo mes")
Expected behaviour:
If site is in "Untranslated" I would assume all platform system language is English, and the only text not in english are on questions/notebooks/etc. that were originally written in not English.
