Changes Made

Modified src/app/(main)/questions/[id]/components/multiple_choices_chart_view/index.tsx:

1. Always show the "me" column during hidden periods: The user prediction column is now explicitly shown during hidden periods, even if the user hasn't made predictions yet. This ensures users can see their predictions (or a "?" placeholder) when community predictions are hidden.

2. Hide forecasters count during hidden periods: The forecasters count footer is now hidden when community predictions are not available, since this metric isn't meaningful during hidden periods.

The tooltip now properly displays during hidden periods showing:

• User predictions if available, or "?" if not
• Community prediction placeholders (CPRevealTime component or "noForecastsYet" text)
