Remove NewsMatch from Question Page Sidebar #4102
Description
Moving forward we'll rely on News type Key Factors to be the main news source for a question, so we can safely remove the NewsMatch section from the sidebar.
Should be pretty straightforward, except we need to make sure to remove it from all question types.
