[Bug] Permissions issue in eid wallet

Description

If the user denies permission in the eid wallet for using camera, the user basically gets stuck

the screen should display a text saying something like "Permission denied, please give permissions from the mobile settings to access camera" and also display a button that takes you to the mobile permissions page settings.
