Naming Issue - grants Implants

Are all of the implants labeled "grantImplant" actually grants-BORG specific? Or can some be more general? For example, seems like DAO veto and DAO co-approval could potentially apply to other BORG types? Current naming implies they only work for GrantsBORGs

Yes, the grant implants are grant-specific to include checks and controls unique to grant giving and to increase the usability of the end product (One UI/Transaction for a Grant proposal with built-in controls, metaVesT functionality, and on chain governance initiation).

We should do a quick spec for a generic DAO time delay/veto and DAO co-approval and compare to existing modules to see if there is enough features/differences to justify. Some authority control for the DAO and requiring only BORG members to execute after a time delay might be enough to justify our own version.
