Naming Issue - BORGauth vs GlobalACL

It seems we use these two terms interchangeably. Is BORGauth more vivid and should we go with that?

2 distinct classes, but I can update the naming for GlobalACL -- I agree we should stick to a single concept by name and BORGauth conveys that.
