Horizontal Scrollbar #76

Describe the bug
Below browser widths of 885px, a horizontal scrollbar appears. Apparently caused by the "Bottom of Page" and "Top of Page" buttons
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://ask.metastaging.net/
- Shrink Browser to below 885px width
Expected behavior
Horizontal scrollbars should basically never appear
