Image tiles not sized equally and grid on Quests not responsive. #1773

What happened?

On Quests page the first image of each row is larger than the others. Also the images are not responsive for mobile view.
What did you expect to happen?
For all the Quest Tile covers to be the same size and to align properly in mobile-view.
How can we reproduce the problem (as minimally as possible)?
Visit Quests and press F-12.
