[Feature]: Add ability to change contact info and your admin public key under 'user settings'

What feature do you want?

I'd like to be able to adjust my contact info after account creation in the user settings. At the moment there's no way to do this after account creation.

I'd also like to be able to add a public key after account creation so as keys change or if a user forgets to do it at account creation they can change it later.

Why do you need it?

Right now anything that is set or not set at account creation is locked in for regional admins with no abiliy to change or set at a later date without pulling in a global admin.

How important is this?

Medium - Nice to have

Anything else?

It would make most sense to put it somewhere under user settings
