Publish new version

I think the latest published version of this package is 2.5.1 which still has a dependency on text <= 2.0. This is effectively blocking me from upgrading my projects pipeline. I reckon I can pull in the latest diagnose from git, but I'd really prefer if a new version was published, thanks :)

Please get rid of all these silly upper-bounds for good. They produce no benefit and add real busy-work like this.
