Delphinus cant connect to github behind a proxy server.

By default, it should use the system configuration for WinHTTP. Can you check if one is set and set one if missing using NetSH?

Using Commandwindow (CMD)
Display Proxy:
netsh winhttp show proxy

Set Proxy:
netsh winhttp set proxy [proxy-server=] ProxyServerName [bypass-list=] <HostsList>
