Default disk size to 10 times of the input file sizes

The minimum disk size of the worker node is 5 times of the input size. This may not be sufficient for some workflows. Balance the ease of use and extra cost, we think 10 times would be a reasonable value.
It's also better to add an option under the float directive to allow the user to tune this before the run.
