Widgets can be fully pr partially off screen if browser is resized while Astrostation is closed

Step to repro:

1. Open Astrostation on wider monitor/viewport
2. Enable and toggle all widgets.
3. Use the reset button to spread out widgets
4. Close the tab, make the viewport smaller
5. Reopen Astrostation.

Some widgets will be fully or partially offscreen. In the attached screenshot the Pomodero timer, Quotes, Task Tracker, Twitch and new Hacker News widgets are all off screen. If you resize the viewport the widgets will be shifted fully into view.

@lak7 I'm fine with that. However this requires a chance in how the app functions, so I think @Melkeydev and I need to decide on what the fix should be first. @Melkeydev, do you have thoughts on this?
