Following the documentation but having issues with config.json

Hi there, so i started setting this up and following instructions. there is a link to a sample config.json which I couldn't find and only saw config.ts with server appwrite login info. I have now made a config.json file but this doesn't seem to affect anything even when I change the theme title.

Help?
