I am testing out cpipe 2.5.1
vcfanno is configured to use this annotation source. However, the installation process does not allow downloading data for vcfanno. Can I use this file instead? $DATA/1000G_phase3/1000G_phase3_v4_20130502.sites.hg19.vcf.gz
