Investigate using data gaps in scottplot #5
Description
Currently when displaying latency over time graphs, any gaps in data are rendered by scottplot by drawing a line from the last known point to the next know point.
When data is missing, no line should be drawn, the existing line should terminate and the new line should start on the next available sample.
