Teppo Artillery Vehicle - Incorrect stats

The stats for the Teppo Artillery vehicle are incorrect when compared to the TRO: 3085 Supplemental listing. Below is the build. Note that it has an larger than normal engine (280 rated) instead of the 260 size that MekLab installs by default. It is also supposed to have 1 Heatsink for some reason. That will account for the missing 4 tons in the build. github will not allow me to upload the "Teppo.blk" file, but I can send via another format if helpful.
