Rationale
A skip link or quick access link to the main content area helps users avoid repeated navigation and go directly to the important information.
This is very useful for people using a keyboard or screen reader, but it also makes navigation faster for everyone.

The link must always:
- be in the same place
- appear in the same order in the code
- be visible (at least when focused)
- work correctly and be available on all relevant pages
