Type IEncryptionOptions is overloaded

E.g. if you use `decryptWithKeyUsingArtefacts` and try to import the fourth parameter type: `IEncryptionOptions` typescript will import a type: `IEncryptionOptionsWithoutKey & {
    key: EncryptionKey;
}` which does not typecheck.
