FarHintsProcess detect of panel #64
Description
FarHints in subplugin Process detects ProcList panel by comparing title. Only 2 langs supported: English and Russian. But for now there are 12 langs in FAR.
IMO it must checks PanelInfo.OwnerGuid (in FarHintsAPI via FCTL_GETPANELINFO).
For ProcList this is 1E26A927-5135-48C6-88B2-845FB8945484.
