OGG files year tag

Actual behaviour

• Cannot read year tag with ogg files, shows as blank or a dash

Expected behaviour

• Be able to read year tag

Steps to reproduce

1. I use musicbrainz to tag my music, and it can read all the tags just fine except for the year
2. Specifically, %originalyear% or %date% or %originaldate% will work fine
3. My music is stored in the opus format, but I'm not sure which format the tags are stored in

Android version: 11(sucks btw, not worth)

Same issue with mp3 files
When you edit file tag within the app you can see year is present, but it is not displayed in artist or album view.
Tested with Android 14
