Iteration 1
User story- As a user when I open the App, I see the city's name and image that is link to their location. So that I can link into the search.
a. React components(header, landing page, App w/router, links to mapPage.)
b. Testing.
c. Api calls (post- google api, geodata, places, photos)
Acceptance Criteria- When opening App I should see a background image of the city I am in and a header element with the app name. Then I am able to link to the the Map page.
