Copy Excel file sensitivity label to the merged spreadsheet

Currently when a merge spreadsheet is created, any sensitivity label that was present on the original document is not transferred. To resolve this, the original spreadsheet's sensitivity label should be retrieved and copied to the new spreadsheet after the merging takes place.
