Discharge does not start

Hi,
I set the Capacity Control to Resume charging at 40% and Stop charging at 75%.
When plugged, after reaching 75% it stays there for days and never start to discharge.

I tried a couple of charging switches:

• /sys/class/hw_power/charger/charge_data/enable_charger 1 0
• /sys/class/hw_power/charger/huawei_charger/enable_charger 1 0
  Both tested successfully before activating it.

Also I activated "Automatically cycle through switches"

What else shall I try to manage to start the discharging till 40%?

I have a Huawei Mediapad M5 with LineageOS 20.0 (Android13)
