Selected text used for note uses last selected text

If user selects text, then later decides to create a blank note, it would use the text that was previously selected. But the user should be able to create a blank note for custom entry.

It now uses the PRIMARY clipboard in gtk, so it doesn't work too good. There has to ba a way to get the actual "currently selected text"

This could be fixed using WebKitDOMDocument. But it's only available on WebKitGtk 1.3+ :(
