'rm' is not recognized (on windows)

Hi, first, thanks for the project! It's everything I needed right now :)

The issue: just cloned the repo on Windows 10 and run npm install (same with npm run dev). And got this:

'rm' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Saw some suggestions to run it on Git Bash (instead of Powershell), but then I get:

cp server/src/app.config.js lib ";" "npm" "run" "copy:views" ";" "npm" "run" "copy:static"
cp: target 'copy:static' is not a directory

You could try using a development enviorment like Vagrant or a Docker container.
